This module teleports you very rapidly around a zone to reveal the entire map, removing the “fog of war”.

Teleportation occurs either under the world or high up in the sky to prevent other players from seeing you.

It is NOT a quick process and may take 5 - 30 minutes per map; more on low-end systems, virtual machines or high-latency connections.

This is a tool that caters to:

1. The lazy people who want to come back after lunch and see a full map revealed.
2. The OCD people who need to have ALL of the fog of war revealed.
3. The achievement hounds who want the almost 200 achievement points for all Explorer entries.

• The user interface is available from the Addons menu.
• A Reveal Map button may be used from anywhere in the zone to start removing the “fog of war” from a map.
• A progress bar indicates your current progress in revealing the map.
• A Stop button is available, if needed, to cease teleporting.
• A sound notification is played when the map has been fully revealed, even if GW2 is running in the background.
• Rendering may be toggled off to improve performance.

NOTE: All cities, WvW and PvP zones are already fully revealed.

Consider the following prior to starting the map reveal process.

• Remove any guild tag, mentor tag or commander tag. You do not want people to see your dot bouncing all around the map.
• Remove flashy equipment, especially if it leaves a trail behind you. This is probably not necessary since you'll be out of sight, but a wise precaution.
• Only if needed, try the checkbox to disable rendering. This can help prevent your client from getting into a laggy state.
