Skill Manager

This page details the Skill Manager options. This is not intended to show you how to set up a profile for a particular class, only what options are available for you.

Battle Skills - Page 1

Skill Manager Settings:

  • Name: Name of the selected skill.
  • Alias: Custom name for the skill.
  • ID: The internal ID of the skill.
  • Type: Internal action type. In general, this should be set automatically - most skills are type 1.
  • Used: When selected, the character will use this skill.

Skill Manager Settings- Basic Section:

  • Combat Status: When to use the skill. Possible options: In Combat, Out of Combat, Any.
  • Charge Skill: When selected, this skill will be considered a “gap closer”, like Shoulder Tackle or Plunge.
  • Applies (De-)Buff: Check this box if the skill applies a Buff or Debuff.
  • Removes Buff: Check this box if the skill removes a Buff.
  • Level >=: Use this skill when the character is at or above a certain level (Set to 0 to ignore).
  • Level ⇐: Use this skill when the character is at or below a certain level (Set to 0 to ignore).
  • MinRange: Minimum range the skill can be used (This will normally stay at 0).
  • MaxRange: Maximum range the skill can be used.
  • Previous Combo Skill: If this skill is part of a combo, put the ID of the skill that should be executed immediately before this one.
  • Previous Combo Skill NOT: If this skill is part of a combo, put the ID of the skill that should NOT be executed immediately before this one.
  • Previous GCD Skill: If this skill should be used immediately after another skill on the GCD, put the ID of that skill here.
  • Previous GCD Skill NOT: If this skill should NOT be used immediately after another skill on the GCD, put the ID of that skill here.
  • Previous Skill: If this skill should be used immediately after another skill that is not on the GCD, put the ID of that skill here.
  • Previous Skill NOT: If this skill should NOT be used immediately after another skill that is not on the GCD, put the ID of that skill here.
  • Current Action NOT: If this skill should NOT be used while the character is in a particular animation, put the ID of that animation here.
  • Filter 1-5: Quick “switches” used to adjust what skills can or can't be used. 1)
  • Only Solo: When checked, this skill will only be used when the character is solo.2)
  • Only in Party: When checked, this skill will only be used when the character is in a Party.3)
  • Party Size ⇐: When checked, this skill will only be used when the character is in a Party of less than or equal to this number of characters (Set to 0 to ignore)
  • Secs Since Last Cast: Set this to ensure that the skill is used at least this many seconds since the last time it was used on this mob.
  • Secs Passed Unique: Set this to ensure that the skill is used at least this many seconds since the last time it was used irrespective of mob.

Skill Manager Settings- Chain Section:

  • Chain Name: If this skill is part of a custom chain, enter that name here.
  • Chain Start: When checked, this skill will be considered the first skill in the custom chain.
  • Chain End: When checked, this skill will be considered the last skill in the custom chain.

Skill Manager Settings- Other Skill Checks Section:

  • IsReady: The ID of any skill that should be available for use before this skill is used.
  • CDReady: The ID of any skill off the global cooldown that should be ready before this skill is used.
  • Is Not Ready: The ID of any skill that should NOT be ready before this skill is used.
  • CD Not Ready: The ID of any skill off the global cooldown that should NOT be ready before this skill is used.
  • CD Time >=: This is in reference to “CD Not Ready” - Use this and the following skill to set advanced usage instructions, such as “Use this skill when Skill 'X' has between 2 and 6 seconds left on cooldown”.
  • CD Time ⇐: This is in reference to “CD Not Ready” - Use this and the preceding skill to set advanced usage instructions, such as “Use this skill when Skill 'X' has between 2 and 6 seconds left on cooldown”.

Skill Manager Settings- Player HP/MP/TP Section:

  • Player HP% >: Use this skill when Player HP is greater than this percent.
  • Player HP% <: Use this skill when Player HP is less than this percent.
  • Under Attack: Use this skill when Player is under attack from Ranged or Melee targets.
  • Under Attack (Melee): Use this skill when Player is under attack from Melee targets only.
  • Player MP >: Use this skill when Player MP is more than this value.
  • Player MP <: Use this skill when Player MP is less than this value.
  • Player MP% >: Use this skill when Player MP is greater than this percent.
  • Player MP% <: Use this skill when Player MP is less than this percent.
  • Result MP >=: Use this skill when Player MP after casting the skill will be more than this value.
  • Result MP% >=: Use this skill when Player MP after casting the skill will be more than this percent.
  • Result MP >= Cost of: Use this skill when Player MP after casting the skill will be greater than or equal to the MP required to cast the spell whose ID is in this field.
  • Player TP >: Use this skill when Player TP is greater than this value.
  • Player TP <: Use this skill when Player TP is less than this value.

Skill Manager Settings- Party HP/MP/TP Section:

NOTE: Currently, all skill check fields in the Party Section check ONE member of the party at a time. As an example, you CANNOT check that someone is in Shield Oath AND someone someone else is in Deliverance,

  • Member count >=: Use this skill when the number of party members is more or equal to this number.
  • Party HP% >: Use this skill when a party members' HP is greater than this percentage.
  • Party HP% <: Use this skill when a party members' HP is less than this percentage.
  • Party MP% >: Use this skill when a party members' MP is greater than this percentage.
  • Party MP% <: Use this skill when a party members' MP is less than this percentage.
  • Party TP >: Use this skill when a party members' TP is greater than this value.
  • Party TP <: Use this skill when a party members' TP is less than this value.
  • Has Buffs (1+2, 3): Use this skill if a party member is being affected by buffs with the ID entered. 4)
  • Known Debuffs: When selected, use this skill when being affected by a Minion-maintained list of debuffs (helpful for Esuna skills)
  • Missing Buffs (1+2, 3): Use this skill if a party member is missing a buff with the ID entered. 5)

Skill Manager Settings- Target Section:

  • Skill Target: Select the target of the skill, including Ground Target, Tankable Enemy, etc.
  • Target Role: Select the role of the character that this spell should be used on.
  • Include Self: When checked, the skill will be used on yourself if you meet the conditions.
  • Include NPC: When checked, the skill will be used on NPCs who meet the conditions.
  • Player Target: Select the Target of the Player casting the spell- Enemy or Player.
  • Ground Target: Select how “accurate” the Ground Target effect should be- directly on the target, behind it, or near it.
  • Position: If the skill has a positional, select it here.
  • Target HP% >: Use this skill when the HP of the Target is greater than this percentage.
  • Target HP% <: Use this skill when the HP of the Target is less than this percentage.
  • Target HP >: Use this skill when the HP of the Target is greater than this value.
  • Target HP <: Use this skill when the HP of the Target is less than this value.
  • HP Advantage: Use this skill when the difference of Max HP between you and an enemy is greater than this value.
  • Target TP ⇐: Use this skill when the TP of the Target is less than this amount.
  • Target TP >=: Use this skill when the TP of the Target is more than this amount.

Skill Manager Settings- Casting Section:

Skill Manager Settings- Heal Priority Section:

***Priority HP <:** NOIDEA
***Heal Priority 1-4:** Heals will target the applicable groups in this priority order. Possible values: Self, Tank, Party, Any.

Skill Manager Settings- AOE Section:

***Enmity AOE:** Select this option if the skill is an Area-of-Effect skill that generates enmity. 
***Frontal Cone:** Select this option if the skill has a frontal cone effect.
***Tanked Targets Only:** Select this option if the skill should only be used on enemies being tanked.
***Average HP >=:** Use this skill when the average HP of the enemies is greater than or equal to this value. 
***Enemies >=:** Use this skill when the number of enemies is greater than or equal to this number. 
***Enemies <=:** Use this skill when the number of enemies is less than or equal to this number.
***Enemy Range:** Use this skill when enemies are within this range (150 = size of the minimap).
***AOE Center:** Use this dropdown to select where the AOE should be centered. Possible values: Target, Self.
***Level Difference:** Use this skill when there is a level difference between you and the target. Possible values: 2, 4, 6.
***Allies >=:** Use this skill when the number of allies near you is greater or equal to this number. 
***Ally Range:** Use this skill when allies are within this range (150 = size of the minimap).
***Allies HP:** Use this skill when the HP of an ally is less than this value. 

Skill Manager Settings- Player Buffs Section:

***Has Buffs:** Use this skill when the Player is being affected by a buff with the ID entered.((Note: The buff syntax is as follows: (1+2),3 = "If we have buffs 1 AND 2, OR buff 3.))
***And Buff Dura >:** Use this skill when the duration remaining of one of the buffs above is greater than this value. 
***Missing Buffs:** Use this skill when the Player is not being affected by a buff with the ID entered.((Note: The buff syntax is as follows: (1+2),3 = "If we have buffs 1 AND 2, OR buff 3.))
***Or Buff Dura <=:** Use this skill when the duration remaining of one of the buffs above is less than or equal to this value.

Skill Manager Settings- Target Buffs Section:

***Buff Owner:** Select the entity who will have the buff for this condition. Possible values: Player, Any.
***Has Buffs:** Use this skill when the Player is being affected by a buff with the ID entered.((Note: The buff syntax is as follows: (1+2),3 = "If we have buffs 1 AND 2, OR buff 3.))
***And Buff Dura >:** Use this skill when the duration remaining of one of the buffs above is greater than this value. 
***Buff Owner:** Select the entity who will be missing the buff for this condition. Possible values: Player, Any.
***Missing Buffs:** Use this skill when the Player is not being affected by a buff with the ID entered.((Note: The buff syntax is as follows: (1+2),3 = "If we have buffs 1 AND 2, OR buff 3.))
***Or Buff Dura <=:** Use this skill when the duration remaining of one of the buffs above is less than or equal to this value.

Skill Manager Settings- Pet Buffs Section:

***Has Buffs:** Use this skill when your pet is being affected by a buff with the ID entered.((Note: The buff syntax is as follows: (1+2),3 = "If we have buffs 1 AND 2, OR buff 3.))
***And Buff Dura >:** Use this skill when the duration remaining of one of the buffs above is greater than this value. 
***Missing Buffs:** Use this skill when the Player is not being affected by a buff with the ID entered.((Note: The buff syntax is as follows: (1+2),3 = "If we have buffs 1 AND 2, OR buff 3.))
***Or Buff Dura <=:** Use this skill when the duration remaining of one of the buffs above is less than or equal to this value.

Skill Manager Settings- Advanced Settings Section:

***Off GCD Skill:** Use this dropdown to tell FFXIVMinion explicitly if the skill is off the global cooldown.
***Off GCD Time >=:** NOIDEA
***Off GCD Time <=:** NOIDEA
***Ignore Moving:** When checked, the skill will be used whether or not the character is moving.
