Select Quest mode, choose which profile you want to use and press start.  You should also complete the 1-15 story before starting this.

   (15-50) Story Only.  As you guessed, just story for those of you who leveled already.

  Bot will move to an inn before each duty and stop. Enjoy some rested exp if you are afk.
  

  Huntlogs will be done as you are questing.  It's based off distance so if there is a huntlog 
  closer than any step you can currently do, it'll do that first.  It won't go out of it's way

  After completing the companion quest, you may use it in your travels by setting it up in the 
  bot general settings.  It should remove it from party when you have to do a solo duty and

  You need 2000 gc seals and have the required story quests completed for this quest to become available.  You can either 
  let the bot run it's course and get the mount eventually or farm them yourself after joining a grand company.  Manual
  intervention is required for buying the item and naming your chocobo.
 

  When the time comes to choose one, the bot will stop and a popup window will show up instructing
  you on what to do next.  You are free to choose whichever GC you want to join, and the profile
  will continue after you accept the quest.
  

  When there are no quests or huntlogs left to do before a duty, the bot will "usually" move to an inn and stop.
  Not all of them will move to an inn.  I set a few of them to stop where you unlock the duty if
  the inn is too far away.  This can be changed if it becomes a problem.
  

  After completing the companion quest at level 30+, you'll have to set the companion setting to ANY in advanced settings > general tab
  in order to use it while questing.
  

  Doesn't do any.  This is strictly for story and side quests.
