Map completion counts as anything that would advance the map completion in the upper left-hand corner of the (M)ap screen towards 100%. I personally use 3 seconds on my test accounts, and suggest 10+ to keep YOU safe.
 +  * Do not complete achievements too quickly when loading a coordinate text file that explicitly says "DO NOT COMPLETE TOO FAST" in the file name. These often have public leaderboards and you don't want to get caught completing a race in an impossibly small amount of time.
