   - If you are running any other Antivirus software that is mentioned under point ,1.Requirements, of this guide: Some Antivirus tools pick Minion up as a false positive, this is because how Minion is working. It injects itself into a different process (the game), this behavior is often done by harmful software and therefore your 3rd party antivirus is blocking Minion, causing it to crash or stops it from  working. You need to uninstall your 3rd Party Antivirus software and install the ones mentioned in point 1 of this Guide. You can also try to Disable your Antivirus or find a way to add Minion to the allowed software or adjust similiar settings to maybe make it work.\\   - If you are running any other Antivirus software that is mentioned under point ,1.Requirements, of this guide: Some Antivirus tools pick Minion up as a false positive, this is because how Minion is working.  +GW2 Specific Troubleshooting
 +Blackscreen
+- Having a Black GW2 Window after the launcher started gw2
 +Reason & Solution:
+The GW2-accountname or password you entered in the launcher are wrong. Check for empty spaces, dont copy it in there, enter them manually to make sure they are 110% correct.
+When there was an GW2 Update, you need to run the normal GW2 Launcher from ANet once to update your gw2.
+You may need to confirm your new Loation IP when you login from somewhere new. Run the normal GW2 Launcher from Anet once to get & enter the account verification code they sent to you.
+If your password has spaces inbetween like my banana rocks enter them like this into the gw2minon launcher: "my banana rocks" , embedded in " "
+Run the GW2Minionlauncher with explicit admin rights.
+Run a repair on your gw2 files, sometimes these get corrupted and can cause this. "gw2.exe -repair" is the command promt to do this.
+Make sure that nothing is blocking minion from working, this could be done by some weird antivirus/antimalware tools running services in the background. No, disabling these programs often does NOT do the job, an uninstall n reboot is required.
+If you still cant afford a proper OS and are running WinXP (giggedy!) Windows XP issue with paths, you need to run bot directly in gw2.exe folder as a workaround.
+You may also try to delete the .dat file in your C:\Users\yourComputerNameHere\AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2 folder on your computer ...not sure if that helps ^^
