 +NBC is a section where you can customize which cooldowns you want to save when enabling the "No Big Cooldown" filter shown in the screenshot under the "Recommended Toggles" table of contents on this page.

 +Additionally, there is another hidden filter called "No Big Auto" that you can enable. When enabled, it will automatically activate the No Big Cooldowns filter when certain conditions of the enemy's health are met to avoid using big cooldowns on low HP enemies.
