+This menu is lets you customize the color of the dragon sight per party member #. You can drag and drop party members in a priority order from top to bottom for dragon sight usage. It has range, valid target, and alive checks for target.

 This menu is pretty simple. It will let you change if you show skill settings in the hotbar. Also you can adjust the position and index of the hotbar with this.
