 Anyone's Reactions are profiles for TensorReactions that work alongside Tensor/Riku ACRs to help you optimize your experience in raids, trials and ultimates. Reload LUA in FFXIV to make sure your purchase was registered. Now open TensorReactions in both the general tab and the timeline tab, make sure the profile is set to the job you're currently on. After that, you should be able to zone into the fight and enjoy the reactions.
