Forager - Apprentice

Expansion pack for the Forager addon.
Adds generic gather leveling plan, including quests.
Adds generic craft leveling plan, including quests.
Adds support for Diadem leveling for crafts/gatherers (WIP).
Future leveling enhancements will use this addon.
