Cypher Ocean Fishing automatically changes baits to help trigger spectral currents and swaps again during spectral weather when a different bait is required.

The addon supports both simple and advanced Ocean Fishing strategies, including:

This is the standard point farming mode.

It focuses on high-value Ocean Fishing targets, especially during spectral currents. The addon uses tug strength, bite timing, bait, GP, Angler's Art, and available cordials to decide whether to Hook, Double Hook, Triple Hook, Identical Cast, Prize Catch, or save GP.

This mode is best if you want the highest possible score.

Achievement Focus is for title and objective runs where score is not the main goal.

When this mode is active, the addon focuses on the selected achievement fish instead of normal point targets. It can protect GP, filter hooks, use Rest and recast when the target window has passed, and avoid wasting GP on unrelated fish.

Fish Guide Missing mode helps target fish that you still need for your Ocean Fishing guide.

The addon checks whether a missing guide fish is valid for the current stop, time of day, weather, bait, and spectral state. If a valid missing fish is available, it can prioritize that fish.

If no valid missing fish is available, the addon falls back to normal score logic.

Blue / Fabled Fish mode focuses on rare route fish and special chains.

The addon can prioritize blue or fabled fish only when the current boat conditions can progress that target. If the current stop, time, weather, or bait does not match, the addon falls back instead of wasting casts.

Patch 7.5 support includes dedicated route logic for supported blue/fabled targets such as Manasvin.

The dashboard is the main control centre while Ocean Fishing.

It can show:

The dashboard is intended to show what the addon is currently trying to do without forcing users to read every advanced setting.

Cypher Ocean Fishing does not only look at your current GP.

It predicts usable GP from:

• Current GP
• Angler's Art stacks
• Thaliak's Favor potential
• Available cordials
• Hi-Cordials
• Cordial / HQ Cordial support where detectable
• Current combo state

Examples:

This lets the addon decide whether it can complete combos such as:

• DH > IC > DH
• DH > IC > PC > TH
• DH > IC > wait / recover GP > DH
• TH direct
• DH fallback

The addon scans your inventory for usable cordials and includes them in potential GP planning.

The cordial logic prioritizes stronger options where possible, especially Hi-Cordial when available.

This is used for both the dashboard display and the combo planner.

The addon can plan and execute Ocean Fishing combo chains based on your resources.

Common examples:

Used when the addon catches a valuable target and has enough GP or predicted GP to repeat it with Identical Cast and another Double Hook.

Used when the addon can recover enough GP to apply Prize Catch before the Identical Cast repeat and then Triple Hook the target.

Used when Triple Hook is the best available option and the addon has enough GP.

Used when Triple Hook is not possible but Double Hook is still safe and worthwhile.

The recommended hook mode is Timed Double Hook.

This uses:

• Current stop
• Current bait
• Time of day
• Weather
• Tug strength
• Bite timing
• Target fish data
• Score / objective priority

This is safer than blind spending because the addon only uses GP inside known target windows.

The addon supports timing padding to help account for small server, client, or API delays.

For example, if a target fish is listed as:

• 6.0s - 10.0s

The script can treat it more safely as:

• 5.5s - 10.5s

This helps reduce missed valid bites due to timing delay.

For focus modes, the addon can use Rest once the final valid target window has passed.

This prevents waiting too long for a fish that is no longer useful.

Example:

• Target: !!!
• Valid window: 6.0s - 10.0s
• If no valid bite happens by the end of the window, the addon can Rest and cast again.

If there is another valid target later on the same cast, the addon waits until the final useful window has passed.

Auto Switch Bait is recommended.

With Auto Switch Bait enabled, the addon can select bait based on:

• Current stop
• Route
• Time of day
• Weather
• Spectral current state
• Active mode
• Achievement target
• Fish Guide target
• Blue / fabled fish target
• Fisher's Intuition
• Available bait in inventory

Manual bait selection is also available, but Auto Switch Bait is recommended for most users.

Some route targets require Fisher's Intuition.

The addon can detect Fisher's Intuition and temporarily lock to the correct bait while the buff is active.

When Fisher's Intuition ends, the addon can return to the correct normal or spectral bait.

Activate the profile before entering Ocean Fishing or while on the boat.

Once active, the addon reads the current Ocean Fishing state and adjusts behaviour based on your selected mode.

• Some focus modes intentionally sacrifice score.
• Some achievement objectives require specific routes.
• Some fish require specific time-of-day windows.
• Some fish require spectral weather.
• Some targets require Fisher's Intuition.
• If a selected target is not currently catchable, the addon should fall back instead of forcing bad casts.
• Hi-Cordials are strongly recommended.
• Higher GP gives the addon more flexibility during spectral currents.
• Keep enough bait in your inventory for the modes you intend to use.
• Akupara automation is currently disabled until safe swimbait selection is available.

Cypher Ocean Fishing is now a full Ocean Fishing assistant rather than only a point-farming profile.

It supports score farming, achievement targeting, missing Fish Guide targeting, blue/fabled route support, bait automation, GP prediction, combo planning, and live dashboard guidance.

Choose the mode you want, and the addon will adjust its behaviour around that goal.
