Player Inspector is a utility addon that aims to improve your Party Finder experience by giving you easy access to information regarding their level of play. The addon achieves this by giving you the tools to search each player in your party through FFLogs and find out how good they are at their job.

Player Inspector contains many features that will help you keep control of your party finder experience:

• Ability to see when somebody has hidden their logs
• Blacklist certain players, leaving their name marked red, or with a red 'X' next to their name.
• See a player's parses for each fight of the currently relevant tier. With color coding matching the colors found on the FFLogs website.
• Right click a player's name on the main window to get easy access to their lodestone page, their FFLogs page, to blacklist them, or even to kick them out of the party.
• A more compact miniature window that will allow you to quickly hover through and see a player's parses.
• See the average of a player's performance on their current job and clear color coding on their names to make it apparent how consistent a player is.

But that's not all, Player Inspector is still early in it's life cycle and there are many more quality of life features to come that raiders will love. Speaking as the developer, I am a life long raider and so I'm making an addon for raiders, by a raider.
